The company's unique model allows homeowners to receive lump sum payments of up to $500,000 in exchange for a share of their home's future appreciation, with clients required to retain at least 20% equity in their property. The company's approach differs significantly from traditional home equity loans or lines of credit. Splitero does not require income verification or minimum credit scores (only a 500 minimum credit score), making it accessible to homeowners who may not qualify for conventional financing. With terms spanning up to 30 years, homeowners only share in the property's value when they eventually sell.
