HR Finance & C&B Manager

INEX Group is looking for an experienced HR Finance & C&B Manager to join our team! We are looking for a professional who will take ownership of personnel cost budgeting, financial planning, compensation analysis, and C&B processes across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel cost budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze payroll data and total employee costs.
• Build financial models and workforce cost scenarios.
• Analyze salary, tax, and employer contribution costs in Cyprus.
• Manage salary structures and conduct market salary benchmarking.
• Prepare financial reports and insights for management.
• Support compensation decisions and employee benefits programs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in C&B, HR Finance, FP&A, or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling experience.
• Experience in personnel cost budgeting and forecasting.
• Good understanding of Cyprus payroll, taxation, and employer costs.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• English B2 or higher.
• Previous experience with Cyprus payroll is a strong advantage.
