Responsibilities:
- full-cycle recruitment for international positions;
- interact with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues;
- use direct search methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;
- interview, screen and evaluate candidates to identify ones who fully meet the position requirements;
- manage the process in our ATS;
- report on the current status of vacancies;
- get involved in various internal and external HR-related projects.
Required experience:
- bachelor's or master's degree;
- 3 +years of recruitment experience;
- experience using social media recruiting tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter;
- excellent written and spoken English;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- a proactive and driven approach;
- people orientation and an active mindset.
Would be a plus:
- international recruitment experience;
- knowledge of French/Chinese/Spanish.
