About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Payments Product Manager / Product Owner to drive the development of our payment infrastructure and digital asset integrations.
In this role, you will take ownership of our core payment products. You’ll sit right between business goals, compliance rules, and engineering execution, turning high-level market needs into scalable, reliable fintech products.

What You'll Do
• Own the end-to-end payments product roadmap, prioritizing features that directly improve settlement speed, transaction success rates, and user experience.
• Design and refine core payment flows: virtual IBAN generation, cross-border SEPA/SWIFT routing, payment gateway integrations, and fiat-to-crypto rails.
• Write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering to deliver feature releases on time.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to make sure all product flows meet CySEC, CBC, and broader EU regulatory standards from day one.
• Partner with banking partners, liquidity providers, and payment processors to expand our routing options and optimize processing costs.
• Track product metrics (conversion rates, processing speeds, failure reasons) and make data-backed decisions on what to build next.

What We’re Looking For
• Work Authorization: Must hold valid, unrestricted legal authorization to work in Cyprus / EU.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Lead in a fintech, EMI, bank, or payment gateway (PSP).
• Deep Payments Domain Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of SEPA (Instant), SWIFT, virtual IBAN architectures, and correspondent banking. Exposure to crypto payments or digital asset rails is a major plus.
• Execution Focus: You care about product delivery and system reliability, not just writing high-level slide decks.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. You can easily translate complex regulatory/financial mechanics into clear technical tasks.
