We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join a banking project focused on the development of a digital lending platform for small and medium-sized businesses. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.
The current stage of the project is aimed at completing the end-to-end digital loan journey. Today, customers can submit a loan application and receive a decision digitally, while contract and collateral-document signing still requires an offline step.
The upcoming scope includes:
- Integration of digital signing with core banking systems.
- Implementation of consent-signing scenarios for individual founders who are not existing bank customers.
- Analysis and design of a factoring process.
- Further development of integrations supporting the digital lending journey.
The project follows SAFe methodology, with planning organized around Program Increments consisting of five two-week iterations.
Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, clarify, and document system requirements.
- Work directly with business stakeholders and take ownership of requirements quality.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements and technical solutions.
- Design integration scenarios between internal and external systems.
- Design and document API contracts.
- Prepare and maintain OpenAPI specifications.
- Create process models using BPMN.
- Prepare technical specifications and detailed requirements for development teams.
- Define clear acceptance criteria.
- Clarify requirements throughout implementation and support development and QA teams.
- Participate in solution discussions and integration design.
- Support testing and acceptance of delivered functionality.
- Work within an active PI with existing delivery commitments and changing priorities.
Required Skills & Experience - Strong commercial experience as a System Analyst on enterprise software projects.
- Senior-level experience working independently with business stakeholders.
- Strong experience with integration projects.
- Practical experience designing REST API contracts.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAPI / Swagger.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN.
- Experience preparing detailed technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of system-to-system integrations, data flows, and interaction scenarios.
- Experience with banking projects is mandatory.
- Experience with lending / credit processes is highly preferred.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to take ownership of requirements and ensure their completeness and consistency.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English B2+.
