We are a distributed team - you can work from any place in the world, except RF and RB, ensuring silence, good internet connection, availability and proper environment.

We are looking for a product‑obsessed delivery leader who doesn’t just manage roadmaps but builds products hands‑on with AI.

You will own the full product lifecycle — from client discovery and backlog prioritisation to deployment and iteration — while actively using AI‑assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate delivery.

This is not a pure PM role and not a pure engineering role.

It’s a hybrid: you define the “what” and the “why”, but you also understand the “how” well enough to review code, unblock teams, and even prototype features yourself when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Delivery

• Lead client‑facing discovery sessions; translate business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own 6–12 month product roadmaps — prioritise features based on business value (RICE, WSJF) and critical path.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, scope changes, and stakeholder alignment.
• Run Agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban) and maintain Jira + Confluence for full transparency.
• Introduce feature flags, staged rollouts, and deployment guardrails to reduce post‑release incidents.
• Drive product metrics — funnel conversion, retention, LTV, cohort analysis — and use them to prioritise.

AI‑First Execution

Actively use Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to:

• Prototype MVPs (from 1 day to 1 week depending on scope)
• Validate architecture and business logic early
• Speed up development without sacrificing quality
• Read, review, and understand generated code — you don’t just copy‑paste, you ensure the architecture scales.
• Refactor, debug, and stress‑test features with AI for missing business logic before they reach production.

Technical & Architecture Oversight

Make architectural decisions with a senior engineering mindset — ensure solutions are legitimate, scalable, and production‑ready.

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and infrastructure decisions (even if you don’t write every line of code).

Coordinate cross‑functional teams (backend, mobile, QA, UI/UX, vendors) to deliver complex products on time.

Team & Organisational Growth

(Optional but preferred) Experience building delivery teams from scratch — hiring, onboarding, setting performance reviews, career paths.

Mentor product and engineering team members, instil a delivery‑first culture, and maintain high quality standards.

What You Bring

Must‑Haves

• 8+ years in product management, delivery leadership, or technical product ownership.
• Proven track record of shipping complex products — IoT, WebRTC, AI/ML, payment infrastructure, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI‑assisted development tools — not just using ChatGPT, but building production‑ready systems.
• Strong product sense: you can run discovery, define MVPs, and prioritise based on business impact, not just feature requests.
• Solid technical foundation — you understand architecture, APIs, databases, CI/CD, and can review code/design docs with confidence.
• Excellent stakeholder management — you talk fluently with executives, engineers, designers, and clients.
• Native or C2 English (written and spoken).

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience building and scaling a delivery organisation (hiring, processes, career paths).
• Background in software engineering (senior dev / tech lead) before moving into product.
• Experience with startups or consulting — comfort with ambiguity and fast‑paced environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar analytics/BI tools.
