Brand With Amir is a UAE-based media company that has spent the past three years helping entrepreneurs, investors, traders, coaches, and world-class experts build powerful personal brands for a global audience.
We turn an expert’s name into a valuable media asset that generates influence, strengthens reputation, and drives real business results. We create content, grow audiences, build communities around our clients, and help them monetize their influence.
95% of our clients are international experts who create English-language content for a global audience. Our projects go far beyond the local market and traditional influencer marketing. We work with people who lead companies, manage capital, and make investment decisions.
Our Results
- 10+ billion views across the video content we have created.
- 8+ million followers gained for our clients.
- $120+ million in deals generated for our clients through content.
- 600,000+ followers gained by our founder, Amir, across Instagram and Facebook in 2026 alone.
As our company continues to scale and our international client base grows, we are looking for a Content manager / Personal brand producer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies and content plans tailored to each client's positioning, target audience, products, and business objectives.
- Build content funnels that guide audiences from initial reach and awareness to trust, qualified leads, and sales.
- Research global English-language markets, identify emerging trends, viral formats, and successful case studies, and adapt relevant ideas and creative approaches to each client.
- Develop content concepts and write scripts for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, using compelling hooks, strong storytelling structures, and effective calls to action. Create ideas for posts, carousels, Stories, and promotional campaigns for product launches, consultations, and high-ticket offers.
- Coordinate content production by briefing video editors, managing deadlines, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style, and ensuring content is produced and delivered consistently.
- Manage content publishing and distribution across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, adapting content to each platform and scaling successful formats.
- Analyze content performance by tracking reach, audience retention, engagement, follower growth, and leads. Test hooks, topics, and formats, use performance data to identify opportunities, and continuously refine content strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, audience, products, and objectives to ensure content drives not only views but also meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in social media content creation, primarily short-form video. Relevant backgrounds include Content Manager, Content Producer, Reels / Short-Form Video Scriptwriter, or an SMM specialist focused on video content.
- A strong portfolio with proven results, including several videos that have achieved 1 million+ views. You must be able to clearly explain your contribution to each project, whether it involved ideation, scripting, strategy, production, or end-to-end content management.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above). You must be able to write scripts and other content independently for English-speaking audiences, with a strong command of nuance, contemporary conversational language, slang, and cultural context.
- Strong content awareness and a deep understanding of short-form video. You are familiar with Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, keep up with global trends, and understand the creative principles behind high-performing content.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, collaborate effectively with video editors, and deliver results independently without constant supervision.
- Analytical thinking and technical proficiency. You understand key Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok metrics, can interpret content performance data, are comfortable using Notion and Google Sheets, and know how to leverage AI tools to create and optimize content.
- Experience working with personal brands of entrepreneurs, experts, investors, or traders is a strong advantage. Experience in finance, trading, investments, real estate, info-business, or online education is also highly valued.
