About the role
We are looking for an SMM & Content Manager to develop the personal Telegram and LinkedIn channels of Vadym Buhkalov, entrepreneur and founder of VillaCarte Group. You will create engaging expert and personal content, keep a steady publishing schedule and grow both platforms. You will work directly with the Head of Personal Brand and the content team.

What you will do

• Build content plans for Telegram and LinkedIn
• Write and publish Russian-language Telegram posts and English-language LinkedIn posts
• Turn voice messages, interviews, videos, meetings and other raw materials into engaging content
• Adapt existing YouTube and Instagram content for Telegram and LinkedIn
• Propose new topics, formats and growth ideas for both channels
• Track key metrics and prepare short monthly reports

What we expect

• Experience managing Telegram and/or LinkedIn channels and a solid understanding of both platforms
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Excellent written Russian and good written English
• A portfolio or examples of channels you have managed
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and generate content ideas

Nice to have

• Experience with personal brands of founders, experts or public figures
• Interest in business, entrepreneurship, real estate or lifestyle content
