Responsibilities
Monetization & Experimentation:
- Own ARPU growth by launching features and tests that boost subscription revenue.
- Run a continuous cycle of A/B tests (paywall design, pricing, onboarding flows).
- Design targeted onboarding paths using user segmentation to maximize conversion.
- Prioritize experiment roadmap based on impact and complexity.
Data & User Acquisition Alignment:
- Collaborate with the UA team to ensure product changes positively influence key marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR).
- Analyze funnels and user behavior to generate actionable insights for growth.
Market & Strategy:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify and adapt best practices in web monetization.
- Maintain a clear backlog, document test results, and share insights across the team.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a PM, specifically owning web funnels for B2C mobile apps (subscriptions/IAP required).
- Proven track record of conducting and analyzing A/B tests (paywall/pricing experience is key).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actions.
- Understanding of User Acquisition and how product changes affect CPI and ROAS.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in photo/video/creative tools or a passion for Gen-AI and content creation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
