About the role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs related to Nebius data center infrastructure and capacity delivery. You will partner with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and external vendors to plan, execute, and land critical infrastructure initiatives that power our AI cloud.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end program management for data center build-outs, expansions, and infrastructure deployments from planning through go-live.
- Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics; drive alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate technical and operational workstreams including power, cooling, networking, hardware logistics, and commissioning.
- Establish and run program rituals: status reporting, executive updates, issue tracking, and decision-making forums.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively mitigate schedule, cost, and quality risks.
- Translate business and capacity requirements into executable technical roadmaps with engineering and site operations.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and regulatory requirements across regions.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role delivering large-scale infrastructure or data center programs.
- Strong technical literacy across data center systems, cloud infrastructure, and hardware deployment lifecycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with senior leadership and external vendors.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and drive clarity and execution.
- Experience with tools and practices for program management, risk management, and operational excellence.
What we offer
- Opportunity to build foundational AI infrastructure at global scale.
- Collaborative, engineering-driven culture with high ownership.
- Competitive compensation and benefits (details shared during the process).
